Common questions

My banner isn't showing. Switch on the SaleFlow banner once in your theme: in SaleFlow, open Settings and click “Turn on in theme editor”, then Save. Banners only show between the campaign's start and end.

A price wasn't restored. If a price was changed while the sale was running, SaleFlow leaves it alone and lists it under “Needs review” on the campaign page, where you can keep it or restore the original.

Why did my sale start a few minutes late? Large catalogs are updated product by product within Shopify's rate limits. A 1,000-variant sale usually finishes within a few minutes of the start time.

What if I uninstall during a sale? SaleFlow can't change prices once uninstalled. Reinstall within 48 hours and use “Retry now” on the campaign to restore prices from the backup.
