SaleFlow
Privacy policy
Last updated 6 October 2026
SaleFlow is a Shopify app that schedules sales: it changes product prices, creates discount codes and shows a storefront banner for a set time, then restores the original state. This page explains what the app stores, why, and for how long.
What we collect
About the merchant's store: the store domain and name, currency, timezone, an access token issued by Shopify, and the subscribed plan (billing is handled by Shopify).
About campaigns: the settings the merchant enters (name, dates, products, discounts, banner text and images), and for every product variant a campaign changes, its product and variant ids and titles, its original price and compare-at price, and the sale price. We also keep an activity log of what each campaign did and when.
SaleFlow does not collect or store any information about the store's customers or orders.
How we use it
Only to provide the app: to apply and restore prices on schedule, to create and end discount codes, to publish the banner schedule to the store's theme. We do not sell data, share it for advertising, or combine it across stores.
Who else handles it
- Shopify, which provides the platform.
- Our hosting provider (Fly.io, Singapore region), which runs the app's server and database.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
How long we keep it
- Price backups are kept for 180 days after a campaign ends, so a merchant can check or restore prices.
- Activity logs are deleted after about 13 months.
- 48 hours after uninstall, Shopify asks us to erase the store; we then delete everything we hold for it.
Your rights
Merchants can ask what we hold, or ask for correction or deletion, by writing to birennayak845@gmail.com. Our terms are in the terms of service.
